This position is for a DPAC Project Manager in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) project orders from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

What will you do?

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with customers through meetings, follow-ups, and feedback, providing solutions and planning work schedules.
  • Track and report project progress, including submittals, approvals, costs, schedules, manpower, procurement, and quality issues.
  • Monitor site status, including installation progress, quality compliance, and manpower status.
  • Handle variation orders by interpreting customer requests, drafting quotes, and submitting proposals.
  • Assist in updating EPMS engineering documents, especially regarding design changes like drawings, IO schedules, bills of material, and manuals.
  • Take initiative to develop knowledge in project management, communication, Schneider Electric EPMS systems, and related offers such as EcoStruxure Power Automation Systems (EPAS), Power SCADA Operations (PSO), and Power Monitoring Expert (PME).

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience managing electrical SCADA and package projects.
  • Knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of contracts' legal and commercial aspects.
  • Good grasp of budgeting, financial implications, and cash flows.
  • Familiarity with contract law, trade documents, and project management principles.
  • Solid understanding of electrical distribution systems and standards.
  • Proactive, independent, and self-motivated work ethic.
