📍Location: Joo Koon MRT

💰Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month

⏰Hours: 9am – 6pm, 5.5 days/week

Job Scope:

• 🤝 Manage dormitory and worksite compliance for foreign workers.
• 🤝 Liaise with dormitory operators, vendors, and internal teams.
• 🤝 Maintain accurate records of workers’ movements (arrival, exit, transfers, home leave).
• 🤝 Support initiatives to improve employee accommodation and compliance.
• 🤝 Ensure adherence to MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
• 🤝 Own transport is a plus for travel to dormitories and worksites.

Requirements:

• 💡1–2 years’ experience in dormitory, facilities, or compliance-related roles preferred.
• 💡Independent, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• 💡Proficient in MS Office and record-keeping systems.
• 💡Knowledge of foreign worker dormitory regulations.
• 💡Own transport is an advantage.
