Trinity Cargo Link Pte Ltd , a member of the CWT group, is a freight forwarding company made up of a team of dedicated, experienced and highly motivated professionals who are committed in delivering quality customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for preparing the necessary shipping documentations required (eg. Commercial Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origins and GSP Forms, Invoices etc) in accordance with the company’s customers supplied Letters of Credit.
  • Responsible for preparing the necessary documentations required for payment collection per each customers' requirements/specifications
  • Handling the company’s documents release against the various payment modes
  • Responsible for the preparation/liaison of the various shipping instructions to the respective carriers from the other regions
  • Responsible for liaising with marine underwriters or the various inspection companies, ensuring that the inspection certificates/reference numbers are received timely by the company
  • All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge and Experienced in handling/reading Letter of Credit and Shipping Documentations
