Job summary

A leading disciplinary agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to conduct investigations and manage student discipline cases. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in law enforcement, strong investigative skills, and is familiar with relevant disciplinary regulations. This role is essential in supporting a safe and secure campus environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in law enforcement agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information and conduct investigations.
  • Knowledge of disciplinary procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigation and interviews
  • Put up reports and recommendations for student and staff related disciplinary cases
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-through of disciplinary hearings.
  • Monitor the completion of punitive measures imposed on offenders.
  • Work with relevant authorities on discipline cases, on programmes or discipline cases reported.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports, Support in the review of disciplinary policies and procedures.
  • Organize Community of Practices and provide guidance to staff handling student discipline matters.
  • Plan and conduct awareness programmes for students and staff. Support in enhancing campus safety and security for its community and facilities, and assist in enforcement actions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in law enforcement agencies in conducting investigations and putting up Investigations Papers.
  • Demonstrated Investigative Competence such as the ability to apprise and analyse information, having effective interviewing and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of discipline-related rules and regulations such as what disciplinary offences are.
  • Be familiar with the principles of patrolling such as planning, situational awareness, visibility, and presence.
  • Experienced working with youths.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, and other IT skills
