📍 Location: Woodlands (Residential Home)

🚐 Travel: Required to commute to Day Activity Centre (Hougang)

🕒 Hours: Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

💰 From $6,000/month

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Disability Care Manager to oversee operations, care standards, and service quality within a residential care setting. This role plays a key part in ensuring holistic well-being, safety, and meaningful engagement for adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a Home and residential disability care centre(s)
  • Lead, mentor, and manage care staff, ensuring high service, safety, and performance standards
  • Coordinate case management, individual care plans, and behavioural support strategies
  • Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and caregivers for holistic care
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage audits, incident reporting, documentation, budgets, and staff development
  • Liaise with funders, community partners, and schools/workshops
  • Perform other duties as directed by management
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in residential care, disability services, or adult care centres is essential
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience overseeing care teams
  • Solid background in case management, programme planning, and service quality
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience
  • Experience in residential care, disability services, healthcare, social service, or project development is advantageous
  • Minimum Degree in any field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Able to manage multi-site operations and multidisciplinary teams
