The Role

You will be driving the strategy, design, and launch of a new real estate private fund platform as well as aligning investment products with institutional investor demand driving long-term growth through innovative fund structures.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust capital seeding strategies that position the funds for long-term scalability and investor confidence.
• Identify emerging trends in real estate and private capital markets to inform fund design and investor positioning.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as investment, legal, tax, compliance and investor relations to bring new fund vehicles from concept to market.
• Architect fund structures tailored to investor needs and regulatory environments.
• Oversee the creation of compelling investor materials, including pitch decks and marketing collaterals, integrating with track record highlights of the company.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Business / Commerce / Real Estate or its equivalent.
• At least 12 years’ relevant experience in investment management or fund raising in real estate.
• Deep understanding of institutional investor preferences, fund governance, and real estate investment strategies.
• Possess thought leadership in subject matter, strong people management and leadership skills, is proactive and resourceful working in a collaborative fashion.
• Candidates with experiences in North Asia would have an added advantage.
