Company Overview:
We are a Singapore-based company in the development and expansion of business in the renewable and green energy sector. We are seeking an experienced and well-connected professional to lead our business development and strategic initiatives in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s operations in Japan, with a focus on renewable and green energy projects.
• Drive business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion in the Japanese market.
• Leverage existing industry networks to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Oversee contract negotiations, project execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors and collaborate closely with the Singapore head office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 18 years of relevant work experience, and Master’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive professional network and proven track record in the renewable and green energy sector.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Law is preferred.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Remuneration:

• Basic salary: SGD 18,000 per month
• Performance-based bonus linked to results.
