Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute strategic plans, set objectives, and align departmental goals with overall company vision.
  • Leadership & Team Management:Supervise managers and staff, provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations, fostering a productive environment.
  • Operations & Execution:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with policies, and effective resource allocation.
  • Financial Oversight:Manage departmental budgets, control expenditures, monitor financial performance, and report on fiscal health.
  • Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain relationships with internal (executives) and external (clients, partners, investors) stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Communication:Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Compliance & Risk:Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies, managing risks and resolving conflicts.
  • Business Development:Identify growth opportunities, develop partnerships, and represent the organization externally.
