Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a frontline Digital Platform Support specialist in Singapore to assist clients by phone or email, diagnose enquiries, and route complex cases to appropriate teams.

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for areas like Authentication, Trading, and Payments, maintain ticket records, and uphold quality service standards. Degree with 1-3 years in client services preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree with 1–3 years of related Client services experience, ideally in Banking sector
• Strong communication talent, ability to manage conflict situation etc

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain the Client’s enquiries and request received in Bank’s ticketing tool
• Subject Matter Expert for specific focus area such as Authentication, Trading, Payments
• Strong commitment to quality service and standards
• Manage the clearance of Long Form Deficiency, Subscription of documents, Investment related forms.
• Support ad hoc duties/requests as assigned by team lead
