Job summary

UP Technologies International PTE. LTD. is seeking a Digital Services Project Specialist in Singapore.

You will support end-to-end digital solution delivery, coordinate platform operations, and engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and service excellence. Responsibilities include planning projects, coordinating onboarding and asset management, and producing documentation and KPIs for transparency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, analytics, digital media, or related field.
• 1–2 years in digital project coordination, IT support, or platform operations; fresh grads with relevant internship welcome.
• Exposure to cloud services, Web/Mobile apps, CMS tools, and Jira/Confluence/Trello/Asana is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute digital services projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate daily digital platform operations including onboarding and asset management.
• Engage with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
• Prepare project documentation, workflows, and KPIs for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Support QA and UAT to ensure features and integrations meet standards before launch.
• Monitor analytics and metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
