Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a 12-month contract eChannels Service Centre Officer for a private bank in Singapore. The role involves handling first-contact client queries on the bank’s Digital Platform, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining the service center knowledge base.

Candidates should have a degree with banking experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Hybrid work arrangement (2 days WFH / 3 in-office) in the East region, 9am–6pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for Singapore and Hong Kong booked clients regarding the Bank’s Digital Platform.
• Analyse and address client enquiries, coordinating with second-level support as needed.
• Maintain knowledge base for the E-Channel Service Center and document requests in the ticketing system.
• Act as SME for a focus area (e.g., Authentication, Trading, Payments).
• Collaborate with colleagues and support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
