Job summary

CGS International Securities Singapore is seeking a customer service-focused professional to assist clients with retail, corporate and institutional trading activities. You will demonstrate our online trading and mobile platforms, address account openings, and promote product features.

You will handle enquiries, manage feedback and complaints, and deliver service excellence across multiple channels while meeting targets and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Service oriented with good communication and willing to go the extra mile.
• Good team player capable of delivering within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure in intense situations.
• Interest in financial markets is an advantage; experience in customer care and online work is a plus.
• Minimum entry: Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Participate in roadshows and demonstrate online trading and mobile platforms to customers.
• Assist customers on retail, corporate and institutional trading account opening.
• Educate customers about product promotions and platform features.
• Handle customer enquiries on accounts and platform issues.
• Address feedback and complaints and provide excellent service via phone or other channels.
• Adhere to service level targets and perform duties assigned by the Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
