CGS INTERNATIONAL SECURITIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a customer service specialist to assist clients with online trading and platform usage.

You will engage with retail, corporate, and institutional clients, delivering product information and resolving issues to ensure a superior service experience. Applicants should hold a Diploma, be service oriented with excellent communication, and able to multitask under pressure while maintaining composure in intense situations.

Qualifications

Diploma holder with basic knowledge of financial markets is preferred.
Service oriented with good communication skills and willingness to go the extra mile.
Good team player who can deliver within tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication with conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

Participate in roadshows and demonstrate online trading and mobile platforms to customers.
Explain products such as equities, CFDs, LFX, and share margin financing to customers.
Organise seminars/webinars to educate potential and existing customers on platform features.
Handle customer enquiries on accounts and platform issues.
Elevate clients' feedback and handle complaints.
Provide excellent service via phone and other communication channels.
Meet service level targets and perform duties as assigned by the Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
