You will also guide junior team members, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and consistently. Leadership experience is welcome but not required; above all, we are seeking a digital marketer with deep expertise across the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Marketing & Performance
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign performance: strategy, budget management, testing, and reporting.
  • Analyse metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality) to identify actionable improvements.
  • Identify growth opportunities through audience targeting, creative testing, landing page optimisation, and funnel improvements. Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and healthcare advertising best practices.
2. Team Support & Guidance
  • Review and provide guidance on junior team members’ work to ensure campaigns are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Offer practical feedback, templates, and hands‑on support to improve team efficiency.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the digital team.
3. Data-Driven Optimisation
  • Analyse campaign performance across paid and organic channels independently to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Use insights from campaign data to guide optimisation strategies and improve marketing outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are compliant, effective, and aligned with brand objectives.
4. Strategy & Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to overall digital strategy across multiple healthcare brands.
  • Oversee campaign reporting and dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, clear, and actionable.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across channels and workflows.
