THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist at MOVE [REPEAT], you will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital marketing efforts across our brand portfolio. This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven role focused on lead generation, conversion, and retention across multiple markets, including Singapore and Hong Kong. You will work closely with the Brand & Engagement Manager and internal stakeholders to translate campaign objectives into high‑performing digital executions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning campaigns end‑to‑end, moving quickly, and making data‑led decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution (40%)
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Own campaign structure, targeting, budgets, creatives, and optimisation strategies
  • Execute full‑funnel campaigns covering lead generation, retargeting, conversions, and retention
  • Manage campaigns across multiple brands and markets concurrently
Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation (25%)
  • Track and report on key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and funnel performance
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Monitor trends, audience behaviour, and creative performance to inform future campaigns
Creative & Campaign Collaboration (20%)
  • Work closely with internal creatives to brief ad concepts, formats, and iterations
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative requirements
  • Continuously test creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to improve performance
  • Support integrated campaigns alongside CRM, content, and brand initiatives practices
Platform, Tools & Market Support (15%)
  • Support tracking setup and maintenance (Meta pixel, GA, events, basic attribution)
  • Assist with CRM‑related paid initiatives such as retargeting and lead nurturing
  • Support regional execution across Singapore and Hong Kong
  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing
  • Strong experience running Meta Ads independently
  • Comfortable managing budgets, analysing data, and optimising campaigns
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Bonus: experience in fitness, lifestyle, subscription, or multi‑location businesses
  • Bonus: experience working across multiple markets
