The ideal candidate will blend creative design with strategic thinking, managing social media interactions, and collaborating with various teams to optimize performance. A strong background in graphic design and video production, along with familiarity with SEO, is essential for success in this remote role.
MonetizeMore builds industry-leading ad technology that is seen by more than 300M+ people per month.
The company has been running for 15 years achieving consistent double-digit growth each year with a team of 100+ team members spread across the globe.

This role blends creative design, storytelling, and growth strategy to make complex ad-tech topics accessible, build trust, and generate qualified publisher interest.
The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional producer: part designer, part content strategist, part growth marketer — comfortable with graphic design, video creation, and social strategy, and passionate about turning ad-tech know-how into compelling content with real business impact.
Primary Responsibilities Content & Video Strategy (YouTube + Social): Plan, produce, and publish high-quality videos, tutorials, explainers, and thought leadership content that address publisher pain points (e.g.
policy compliance, invalid-traffic prevention, monetization best practices).
Develop and manage a content calendar for YouTube and social media channels aligned with company goals, ad-tech news, and publisher needs.
Optimize video metadata, thumbnails, and descriptions to maximize discoverability, SEO, and engagement.
Design assets for marketing, sales enablement, social posts, blog posts, product announcements, and educational content.
Engage with publisher and industry audiences, respond to comments/questions, and foster community trust and thought leadership.
Repurpose content across formats (short-form, long-form, image, video) to maximize reach and engagement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align content with lead-gen goals and track performance metrics (views, engagement, leads, conversions).
Support sales enablement with video and visual collateral (case studies, product explainers, onboarding content, policy update guides).
Analyze what works, iterate on content strategy, and continuously optimize for growth, reach, and revenue impact.
Qualifications & Skills Required: 3- 5 related years of experience. Demonstrable experience in graphic design and video content creation (e.g.
editing, motion graphics, thumbnails, design software).
Strong familiarity with YouTube (or other video platforms) — content production, optimization, SEO best practices, and audience growth.
Experience managing social media channels for a brand or B2B company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical/ad-tech topics into clear, audience-friendly content.
Creative mindset with a strategic growth orientation — comfortable thinking about content as a lead-gen and branding asset, not just marketing fluff.
Ability to work in a fully remote, cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams across time zones.
Experience producing explainer videos, motion graphics, educational content, or tutorials.
Understanding of SEO, video SEO, and content performance analytics.
Experience supporting sales or business development teams through creative/sales-enablement collateral.
