Job summary

A leading digital services provider in Singapore is seeking a Digital Account Manager to lead new business initiatives and manage client relationships. Job Duties
  • Lead digital services in new business initiatives, incl. writing proposals, creating estimates and presentations and actively participate in RFPs and pitches as needed.
  • Provide Solution Consulting to Customers and give intelligent response.
  • Responsible for the satisfaction and growth of accounts, and able to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client.
  • Manage client escalations and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with customers, management, development team, test, IT peers and vendors.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Taking ownership of client needs/requests and facilitates their completion.
  • Participation in key client meetings including status update meetings and presentation of project deliverables.
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Maintaining profitability of engagements in partnership with project management.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in digital media, Communications or related degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling managing digital accounts and integrated digital projects.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent at relationship building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain poise, confidence and professional disposition under high-pressure situations.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcomed.
