We are partnering with a highly disruptive and rapidly scaling Digital Consumer Services firm based in Singapore. The company is a next‑generation technology player and a leader in the digital experience economy, recognized for its innovative approach to delivering essential consumer services through advanced software and data analytics.

As the business is experiencing significant global expansion, they are now seeking to secure key leadership talent, a Digital Business Transformation Leader in Singapore to drive their next phase of growth. This is a pivotal, senior‑level role within the organization. You will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction and execution roadmap for revenue acceleration and market expansion across a key geography. This role requires a leader who can operate effectively at the executive level while maintaining a deeply hands‑on, execution‑driven approach to unlock new value pools in a high‑growth, digitally native consumer business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth Mandate: Define and lead the overarching commercial growth strategy, focusing on measurable revenue acceleration, optimized Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy, and profitable expansion across existing and new territories.
  • New Venture Identification: Identify and evaluate untapped market opportunities, innovative revenue models, and strategic partnerships that position the business for exponential growth.
  • Data‑Driven Frameworks: Architect and implement advanced growth frameworks deeply rooted in data science, proprietary customer insights, and rapid digital product iteration and experimentation.
  • Business Outcome Delivery: Partner with the senior leadership team (Product, Technology, Finance) to translate high‑level strategy into tactical, measurable business outcomes and drive execution across functional silos.
  • Profitability & Scale: Direct the optimization and management of key business unit P&L portfolios, balancing aggressive top‑line growth targets with sustainable, efficient bottom‑line performance.
  • Agile Execution: Champion a culture of rapid experimentation (A/B testing, growth hacking methodologies) to continuously optimize performance, user acquisition, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Growth Strategy, Commercial Leadership, or related high‑impact functions within a B2C digital or technology environment.
  • Commercial Expertise: Exceptional command of commercial growth drivers, including sophisticated revenue strategy, GTM development, and successful market scaling in a highly competitive digital landscape.
  • Sector Background: Experience combining in‑house, hands‑on digital business leadership and a foundation in top‑tier Strategy Consulting is highly desirable.
  • P&L Management: Proven track record in managing, optimizing, and scaling P&L portfolios or significant revenue streams within a digital‑led operating model.
  • Market Acumen: Direct experience operating and driving complex commercial initiatives in advanced or developed digital markets, with a strong emphasis on innovation‑led product cycles and customer‑centricity.
