Job summary

A global digital assets trading firm in Singapore is seeking a Head of Compliance to ensure adherence to regulations and manage compliance-related matters. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes and updating AML policies. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience in compliance within sizeable institutions and a strong interest in the blockchain sector. Only candidates in Singapore will be considered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance experience from sizable institutions.
• Sound knowledge of MAS regulations.
• Prior experience dealing with MAS regulators.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore's PSA licensing requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and conduct regular audits.
• Assist in updating AML/compliance policies.

Skills

Knowledge of MAS regulations

Good communication skills

Interpersonal skills

Interest in blockchain industry

Education

University degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Business

Tools

Industry recognized financial crime/AML qualification (e.g. ACAMS/ICA)
