Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth delivery timelines for clients' orders.
• Greet and assist clients throughout their visits.
• Follow up with client enquiries promptly.

Jewellery Retail Associate (Diamond specialists)
Location: Orchard
Working days & time: 6 days | (9.30am-8pm - Mon - Sat)) / (9.30am - 7pm - Sun/PH)
4 days off per month
Salary: $3,800 - $4,500

Responsibilities

• We operate largely on an appointment basis, where we take our clients through a 1.5-2 hr education session about diamonds, to create awareness about the diamond retail industry.
• These appointments also include helping clients choose their ring designs and helping them with customization options for their ring designs.
• You will be trained to deliver a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients, throughout the first 3 months.
• You will also be expected to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.
• You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond’s delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.
• This includes greeting and ushering, helping clients with their collections, and many more interactions.

Requirements

• Able to work Retail Hours & both weekends/PH.
