Job description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer for an established company. As a member of the global IT Department, he/she will oversee the management, support, and maintenance of hybrid cloud infrastructure across the company and its affiliates. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with members of the Network, Security, and Application Development teams to administer, manage, and support on‑premises and Microsoft Azure cloud systems and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of innovative solutions in the cloud, deliver cloud migration projects, and
• support development teams with DevOps technologies.
• Design and build of public cloud (Azure) and on‑prem datacentre infrastructure.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Implement infrastructure compliance and security.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks for automatic code deployment (CI/CD).
• Write scripts for service quality analysis, monitoring, and operation.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues by deploying updates/fixes.
• Quality control and management of the code base.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is mandatory.
• Microsoft Azure DevOps (AZ-400) certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in design & build of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Possessing deep knowledge of DevOps practices and processes, along with prior experience working as a DevOps Engineer, is required.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, Azure Bicep/CLI, PowerShell, Git, Docker, Linux System Administration (RHEL, Ubuntu), Azure Networking, Azure Application Gateway, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Jenkins is preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and innovative approach.
• Able to multi‑task, proven analytical and problem‑solving ability, work well under pressure and enjoy being a team player.
