Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to deliver end-user support for desktops and laptops within a fast-paced banking environment. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage user accounts, and log tickets while coordinating with Level 3 teams when needed.

The role requires Windows OS proficiency, knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic networking, and experience with Active Directory. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and IT ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for desktops and laptops.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnosis, and break/fix activities.
• Manage user accounts, access requests, onboarding and offboarding activities, and peripheral device setup.
• Log and track support tickets while maintaining basic IT documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the company's Level 3 support teams when required.
