Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer on a renewable contract basis to handle end-user services and helpdesk tasks. You will manage user accounts, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and support Windows 11 environments, printers, and phones.

The role requires 3+ years in desktop support, AD and M365 experience, and willingness to work on Jurong Island weekly. Independent working style and familiarity with Endpoint Central are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support.
• At least 1 year of experience managing and administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Willingness to work on Jurong Island once a week or as assigned.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central will be an advantage.
• ITIL Foundation Certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Helpdesk calls and service requests; ensure proper logging, tracking, and resolution.
• Provide technical support to end users for laptops, desktops, printers, smartphones, and applications.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for end users.
