Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a desktop IT support specialist to troubleshoot desktop and IT-related issues and provide post-sales maintenance support to clients.

You will support on-site and remote end-users, perform installations and migrations, document resolutions, and contribute to ticketing and reporting processes, while adhering to SOPs and escalating complex problems to Level 2/3 as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT support experience.
• Diploma in IT or related field.
• Familiar with hardware/software troubleshooting and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote end-user support to resolve IT issues (hardware/software/network).
• Perform installations, migrations and troubleshooting on systems.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions; provide reports as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support.
• Support customers via phone/email/remote access and keep stakeholders updated.
