Job summary

Techfount Systems Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot and maintain client IT networks and desktops. You will resolve issues, install and update Windows or macOS, and set up new workstations under pressure to meet deadlines.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in desktop support, strong communication, and experience with M365, antivirus, backups, and helpdesk ticketing systems. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree or other relevant qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in Desktop support.
Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows/macOS) and business apps.
Strong communication and tech support skills.
Record problems and solutions in a helpdesk system and track hardware inventory.
Ensure antivirus tools are active and assist with data backups.

Responsibilities

Analytical in solving and troubleshooting customer’s IT network and infrastructure.
IT Support Technicians work to maintain inhouse and clients computer systems and networks.
Help users of a network by answering questions; mix of tech and customer service.
Work under pressure to meet deadlines and fulfill tasks agreed with customers.
Fulfill KPIs for performance reviews.
