Job summary

EPS Computer Systems Pte Ltd invites an IT Helpdesk professional to join our team in Singapore. You will support internal staff across multiple locations, handle onboarding, and troubleshoot desktop issues, with remote support for regional users.

The role covers device deployment, printers, corporate mobile devices, financial system support, and admin tasks for M365 and SharePoint, LAN/WiFi, file access, backups, and security patching.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS, Active Directory, and M365.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; customer service focus.
• Standby support for after office hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deployment and setup of computer for new/existing users.
• Deployment of printers and corporate mobile devices.
• Application support on some financial systems and M365/SharePoint admin support.
• LAN/Wifi, file access, print services, VPN services.
• Asset and backup management; security operations such as patch and antivirus management.
