Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support staff to assist day-to-day IT operations, handling calls, emails, and in-person enquiries. You will troubleshoot and escalate where needed, while performing onboarding tasks like software installation and laptop cloning.

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Must be responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand internal system processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day operations by handling phone, email, walk-ins, and ticketing system to understand user inquiries/requests and provide IT support.
• Troubleshoot issues or escalate to the appropriate PIC; provide alternatives to resolve cases.
• Perform ad-hoc duties such as software installation, cloning laptops, inventory checks, and disposal as needed.
• Support projects from other teams/sections/department as instructed by superiors.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as instructed by superiors.

Responsibility

• Assists day-to-day operation by picking up the phone calls/email/walk-ins/ticketing system to understand user’s enquires/request, provide IT support and perform troubleshooting or elevate to the relevant PIC, or provide alternatives to resolves the cases.
• Ad-hoc duties such as software installation, clone laptops, inventory checks, disposal etc.
• Perform troubleshooting in systems and report the status to superior on time without delay .
• To support project from another team/section/department as instructed by superior .
• To perform any ad-hoc assignment as instructed by superior .

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec studied in IT or related fields
• Preferable with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Responsible, meticulous, fast learner and able to understand the internal system process quickly
• Able to follow the internal systems thoroughly to make sure the tasks are smoothly process
