Job summary

AZNET PTE LTD is seeking an onsite IT support candidate to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and to maintain core IT operations across systems, servers and networks.

Successful applicants will have an ITE qualification (or higher) in CS/IT, be ready for a rotating schedule including weekends and PH, and possess strong English communication skills. Entry levels are welcome to apply.

• ITE qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field welcomed.
• Ability to work on rotation including weekends and PH.
• Proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Good command of basic IT and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to customers including troubleshooting and resolving their area of concern.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems and issues reported by customers.
• Maintain essential IT operations including OS, IT infrastructure, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware (servers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
• Any other ad hoc tasks as required.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems and issues reported by customers

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, IT infrastructure, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware (servers, network switches, firewalls, wireless)

• Any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of an ITE qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, those who possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field are welcome.

• Able to work on rotation basis - including Saturday, Sunday and PH (4 days work a week)

• Proficient in English (spoken & written)

• Good command of basic IT knowledge and basic networking
