Understanding AI tools and Python programming is a plus.

Job Summary

Design Engineer responsible for leading the design and development of rubber sealing products, driving project management activities, and delivering continuous improvements to meet customer specifications and manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop rubber sealing products that meet customer specifications, ensuring functional and quality standards are achieved


• Lead project management activities to deliver design solutions on time and within scope


• Execute improvement initiatives on existing rubber sealing products, molds, and jigs to enhance performance and manufacturability


• Provide technical support by evaluating performance issues and addressing design-related manufacturing inquiries


• Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor) to create detailed product designs and documentation


• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to coordinate design and manufacturing efforts


• Work independently and contribute as a proactive team member to achieve project goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications
