Deputy/Project Manager (Reputable Piling Contractor)

Our client is a long-established piling and foundation specialist with decades of experience delivering iconic civil and infrastructure projects across Singapore. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager to lead and oversee bored piling works for upcoming major developments.

What you will do

• Lead and manage day-to-day project operations for bored piling and foundation works.
• Plan work sequences, schedules, and resource deployment (manpower, rigs, materials).
• Review and interpret geotechnical/structural drawings, borelogs, and technical requirements.
• Oversee site execution including drilling, casing installation, slurry management, rebar cage installation, and tremie concreting.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, RE/RTO, and subcontractors on inspections and progress matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (WSH, BCA/LTA requirements).
• Monitor project budget, progress claims, variations, and material procurement.

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in piling/foundation works, with strong exposure to bored piling.
• Solid knowledge of site operations, soil conditions, drilling tools, and pile testing.
• Ideally possess good people management skills.
• Possess driving license.
