KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in Decision-Making and Execution
- Participate in formulating departmental or company annual operating plans, development strategies, and business objectives.
- Assist the Manager in organizing the implementation of various operational decisions and work arrangements.
- Independently handle important matters within authorized areas of responsibility under the Manager’s delegation.
Business Management and Supervision
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned business segments to ensure performance targets are met.
- Monitor the progress and quality of subordinate departments’ work, and coordinate to resolve issues arising during operations.
- Organize the establishment and improvement of rules, regulations, and workflows within the assigned areas.
Team Building and Development
- Assist the Manager in team building and provide guidance to subordinate employees in their work.
- Participate in the selection, training, evaluation, and motivation of departmental personnel.
- Develop key talent and enhance the overall capabilities of the team.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Coordinate working relationships between assigned departments and other departments to promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Participate in important company-level meetings and decision-making discussions.
- Represent the department or company in external business engagements.
Risk Control and Improvement
- Identify risk points within assigned business areas and propose improvement recommendations.
- Participate in developing risk prevention and control measures to ensure business compliance.
- Regularly report work progress to the Manager and provide operational suggestions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- Min 3 years experience related to Building Services / Electrical / mechanical services. Proficient in relevant workingsoftware
- Good knowledge and experienced in M&E services is preferred.
- A good team player.
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity.
- Min 3 years experience related to Building Services / Electrical / mechanical services. Proficient in relevant workingsoftware
- Able to communicate in Mandarin with headquarters in China
