Responsibilities
  • Manage overall business operations and enhance sales performance of the Singapore office.
  • Drive sales growth for Ethical and OTC businesses.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement necessary improvement actions.
  • Oversee daily operations including sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR.
  • Ensure effective coordination among team members for seamless operations.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and initiatives aimed at improving profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and relevant policies.
  • Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
