Job Descriptions
- Provide strategic leadership in the management of the organization’s human, financial, and physical resources to ensure operational efficiency and delivery of high-quality services.
- Ensuring business compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and that the organization’s approach to data protection, security and retention comply with best practice and that policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions, including bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for project update and to the Singapore regional HQ and Japan Head Office.
- Overseeing and hands‑on involvement in the company's day‑to‑day operations, handle budgets, forecasting and the yearly capital budget to ensure efficiency in business operations.
- Develop and oversee procurement policies and procedures, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency in tendering, contract management, and the acquisition of goods, works, and services, including supervision and acquisition of IT services for the organization.
- Manage and oversee staffing activities including recruitment, training, performance management, and retention of employees.
- Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director or the Board.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in handling personal and organizational information.
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, economics, finance, or related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role, preferably with in-depth technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting and cost management.
- Strong leadership ability and well-developed critical thinking and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team of staff and business partners of multinational background and culture.
- Knowledge and certification in Personal Data Protection Singapore.
- Fluent in Business Japanese language (Preferably N1, at least N2 level of JLPT) will be an advantage.
- Remuneration shall be commensurate with experience.
