A dental clinic in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to manage patient appointments and enquiries. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations and maintaining patient records. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a pleasant attitude. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus, but training will be provided. Register patients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
Attend to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries professionally
Handle patient enquiries regarding treatments, fees, and clinic policies
Provide basic financial counselling and assist with payment-related queries
Perform accurate data entry, filing, and maintenance of patient records
Support day-to-day clinic operations, including maintaining a clean and organised reception area
Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
Work rotating shifts, including nights and/or weekends, based on clinic roster
Basic computer literacy (comfortable with appointment systems, WhatsApp, and email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant, patient-oriented, and service-driven attitude
Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced clinical environment
Prior experience in a dental or healthcare clinic is an advantage
Training will be provided for candidates without prior dental experience
