A dental clinic in Singapore is seeking a motivated Clinic-in-Charge / Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and manage staff. This role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work night shifts and weekends. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Clinic-in-Charge / Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic and support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, managing operations, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality patient experience.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and deploy clinic staff and dentists according to operational needs.
Ensure a high standard of patient service and handle patient feedback or complaints professionally.
Support administrative functions such as staff and dentist rostering, insurance, CHAS and MediSave submissions (with guidance from the Group Manager).
Handle ad-hoc clinic issues, staff matters, and operational challenges as they arise.
Assist in onboarding and training new staff; support training of reception team members.
Create, review, and follow clinic SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
Coordinate and participate in monthly clinic meetings with the Clinical Director and Group Manager.
Manage procurement of dental materials and ensure adequate stock levels.
Carry out other operational duties as required.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinic, healthcare, or supervisory role (dental experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and patients.
Organised, meticulous, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends if needed
Calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling unexpected situations.
Supportive management structure with guidance from Group Manager and Clinical Director.
