We are seeking a Senior Associate level person to join us in our Corporate Finance services.

How will you value-add

Providing corporate finance / mergers and acquisitions advisory services.

You will be expected to work on project teams to prepare presentation materials / pitches as well as execute engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors.

Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling.

About you

Degree in Business / Finance related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks / corporate finance houses.

Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling.

Excellent verbal and written communication ability.

Strong analytical and evaluation skills

Demonstrating accuracy and attention to details when working in a fast paced environment.
