Job summary

A technology service provider in Singapore seeks a Data Centre Operations Engineer to manage infrastructure and ensure operational compliance. This role entails monitoring facilities, maintaining asset management, and responding to incidents. Candidates should have a diploma in IT and at least 3 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of data centre operations and vendor management. Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred. The position requires flexibility with shifts and availability for 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data centre operations.
• Experience with incident management and vendor oversight.
• Preferably certified in Data Centre Foundation (DCFC) or ITIL v3.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data centre infrastructure.
• Manage physical access and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Document and track data centre assets.
• Coordinate off-site storage and retrieval of backup media.
• Respond to incidents and perform routine inspections.
• Support audits and comply with security standards.
