Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage maintenance operations. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field and significant expertise in MEP maintenance for mission-critical facilities, along with strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing critical systems, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high service delivery standards. This role may require traveling to neighboring countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP maintenance for mission-critical facilities is required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure necessary.
• Experience in managerial roles leading maintenance or service teams.

Job description

Salary Range: $5,500 - $6,500

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all maintenance and facility management operations
• Ensure uptime and resilience of critical systems (HVAC, ACMV, UPS, generators, BMS)
• Lead and manage operations, engineering, and vendor teams
• Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance programs
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement
• Act as primary point of contact for clients on service delivery and escalation
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational budgets
• Support energy efficiency, sustainability, and capacity planning initiative

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities, or related discipline
• Experience in MEP maintenance for mission-critical facilities
• Experience in Data Centre
• Managerial role leading maintenance or service teams
• Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical infrastructure
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service delivery
• Able to travel to neighboring countries for regional operations
