Job summary

TDCX is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives in Singapore to deliver excellent support across multiple channels. You will engage customers, identify their needs, and provide clear, strategic solutions while maintaining high satisfaction standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least a diploma and strong communication skills in English, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• 2 years of related experience preferred, fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer's needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up to close cases per service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools and guidelines to improve workflows.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure high satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Assist with other duties to support quality management at TDCX.
