My Inspiring Journey (MIJ) Hub is a leading and rapidly growing private school and non‑governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals aged 4 to 40 with diverse learning needs. Through our comprehensive educational programs, vocational training, and community integration initiatives, we have been creating positive change locally for over 13 years. As we strive to be the ultimate one‑stop centre for the special needs community in the region, we are proud to open our first international centre, MIJ International in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
At MIJ Hub, the Customer Success and Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in driving our sales function. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as an individual contributor. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused environment and is eager to bring their extensive retail sales experience to a dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will drive sales across all MIJ brands, including student enrollment for MIJ Hub, securing donations, and promoting product sales from Ashraf Café and Inspo. You will engage with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close sales, upsell, and retain customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure a seamless experience between our e‑commerce platforms and sales efforts. You’ll also be responsible for utilizing HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
