Job summary

Right Industrial Systems Engineering Pte Ltd (RISE) in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Procurement Coordinator to own the customer interface and light procurement coordination. You will be the reliable link between customers, engineering and the workshop — ensuring orders move cleanly from confirmation to delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing customer communication, order tracking and documentation; coordinating delivery schedules and progress updates; supporting procurement

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order coordination or procurement in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment is a strong plus.
• Organised, calm under pressure, and precise with details.
• Strong integrity and honesty are valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication, order tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and progress updates.
• Support procurement of materials and components (PO creation, vendor follow-up).
• Maintain accurate records and elevate issues early.
• Work closely with engineering and workshop to resolve day-to-day issues.
