Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Order Management.
• Experience in polymers or chemicals is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP Business One experience preferred.
• Singaporean only apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, quotations and order processing.
• Liaise with customers to clarify orders, confirm delivery schedules and provide updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier deliveries and inventory requirements.
• Monitor customer forecasts and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain customer relationships and support service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor product pricing and assist with invoicing, payment follow-up and sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, environmental and company procedures.
