Job summary

Crown Equipment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure prompt responses to inquiries, coordinate service calls, and manage orders. You will liaise with technicians and customers, update the AS400 system, and drive service improvements.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in business management, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. You will support PMP contracts, process invoices, and help maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Experience in the material handling or logistics industries is preferred.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt response to customers and service calls, including enquiries and logging breakdowns.
• Allocate service jobs to technicians and arrange spare parts as needed.
• Update information in AS400 for technicians and jobs.
• Respond to ISMS messages and coordinate with suppliers for battery job arrangements.
• Arrange appointments with customers for PMP services and entry clearances.
• Update personal information of service technicians and manage van allocations.
• Ensure technicians attend required safety courses and prepare daily dashboards.
• Process retail, rental, FPM customers and related cost of sales entries.
• Renew PMP contracts and manage related paperwork in AS400.
