Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD is seeking a capable Order Management Coordinator in Singapore. You will manage customer accounts, coordinate order fulfilment, and ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams to deliver orders on time.

Responsibilities include handling POs, RFQs, and change orders, while updating SYSPRO ERP data and maintaining accurate records. You will collaborate with production, procurement, logistics and sales to optimise processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customer accounts.
• Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and order updates.
• Coordinate order fulfilment, shipment scheduling and production coordination to ensure on-time delivery.
• Process customer POs and issue order acknowledgements promptly.
• Coordinate RFQs and follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Update sales orders and job orders in the ERP/MRP system (SYSPRO).
• Monitor order progress and shipment schedules; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production planning, and logistics teams to expedite orders.
