Job summary

Advance Technic Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Support role to assist in purchasing and project operations in Singapore. You will create purchase orders, source suppliers, and manage delivery logistics while updating job costing and tracking manpower for accurate project records.

The position also involves coordinating training sessions for workers and working closely with the office team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate records and data entry related to costs and materials.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders promptly upon approval to support procurement processes
• Source and compare supplier quotes to obtain competitive pricing for required items
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and smooth receipt of materials at the workshop
• Update job costing records accurately to reflect project expenses and budgets
• Record daily manpower data from WhatsApp and reconcile with project time logs for accuracy
• Verify diesel top-up records from drivers via WhatsApp and submit compiled data to Accounts
• Arrange and coordinate training sessions for workers to maintain skill development
• Collaborate effectively with office team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
