Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage and maintain relationships with customer accounts across Singapore.

You will process POs, RFQs, and change orders, coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering to expedite orders, and monitor order progress in the ERP/MRP system.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and 2–5 years experience in planning, production coordination, or supply chain are required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma/ Degree in Business Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customer accounts.
• Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, requests, and order updates.
• Keep customers informed of order status, shipment schedules, and potential issues.
• Process customer Purchase Orders (PO) and issue order acknowledgements in a timely manner.
• Process RFQs and coordinate quotation follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Handle change orders and ensure alignment between quoted prices and customer PO.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update sales orders and job orders in the company’s ERP/MRP system
• Adjust material allocations and monitor order progress within the system.
• Monitor daily shipment schedules and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to expedite orders when necessary.
• Identify potential delays and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit customers’ open order reports accurately and on time
