Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field or industry.
• No prior work experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
• Strong work ethics, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated individual with initiative to contribute ideas and improve existing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate between customers and workshop to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Administer customer accounts, including ERP contract administration.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into operational fulfillment actions.
• Ensure customer order statuses and weekly reports are accurately generated, updated, and maintained.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned customers and conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews.
• Develop alternative solutions and make decisions to ensure on-time order delivery that meets customer requirements.
• Coordinate and clarify technical and commercial queries with relevant internal departments.
• Proactively update customers on order progress, especially regarding delays or critical parts.
• Consolidate technical quotations, prepare business quotations, and send them to customers through the ERP system.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the order fulfillment process by analyzing operational metrics and providing recommendations to improve profitability and margins.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
