Job summary

Right Industrial Systems Engineering Pte Ltd (RISE) in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Procurement Coordinator to own the customer interface and light procurement coordination. You will be the reliable link between customers, engineering and the workshop — ensuring orders move cleanly from confirmation to delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing customer communication, order tracking and documentation; coordinating delivery schedules and progress updates; supporting procurement

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order coordination or procurement in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment is a strong plus.
• Organised, calm under pressure, and precise with details.

1. Customer Service / Procurement Coordinator

The Role
Own the customer interface and light procurement coordination. You will be the reliable link between customers, engineering and the workshop — ensuring orders move cleanly from confirmation to delivery.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Preferably under 40 years old
• Organised, calm under pressure, and precise with details

• Previous experience in customer service, order coordination or procurement in manufacturing, precision engineering or semiconductor equipment is a strong plus
