Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to maintain customer relationships and support sales operations. The candidate will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and liaise with vendors for order fulfilment. A minimum of GCE “N”/”O” Level or Diploma is required, alongside proficiency in MS Excel. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude and strong communication skills, with an opportunity to start immediately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Attend customer enquiries through email and phone.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Prepare Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales quotations and orders.
  • Provide sales support to the sales team.
  • Create and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate shipment arrangements.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Executive maintains a good relationship and works directly with the customers to complete sales transactions. His/her duties include responding to enquiries, providing quotations and order fulfilment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Attend customer enquires through email and phone, and general sales matters.
  • Liaises with internal departments and external vendors to check availability of stock, pricing, delivery deadlines and payment.
  • Prepare Quotations, Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoice.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales quotations and orders.
  • Sales support to sales team and planning for fulfilment of order.
  • Ensure proper documentation records and filings.
  • Create and maintain customer records.
  • Liaise with forwarder and vendor on shipment.
  • Monitor and coordinate with vendor on shipment arrangement.
  • Handle overseas enquiries and orders.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
People Requirements
  1. GCE “N”/ ”O” Level, Diploma minimum requirement.
  2. Experience in a sales support role for B2B sales will be an advantage.
  3. Proficient in MS Excel.
  4. Positive attitude with great interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
