Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Associate to support our operations team in managing the end-to-end workflow—from request intake to final delivery. You will ensure smooth coordination, timely processing, and excellent service for the Korea market, with potential support for other APMA countries such as Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage requests, approvals, and confirmations to ensure seamless operations
  • Coordinate logistics, track shipments, and monitor documentation
  • Update internal systems with status changes and track processing milestones
  • Communicate updates to internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain accurate records and support the overall operational workflow

Requirements:

  • Korean-speaking candidates or Korean candidates based in Singapore preferred
  • Associate-level role with 3–5 years of experience (customer service experience preferred; healthcare/pharma background is a plus)
  • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with systems/IT tools
  • Flexibility for occasional shipment checks on weekends or public holidays

Contract Duration: 1 yr, possible to extend based on business needs.
